Domtar’s Sustainable Forestry Principles help guide our relationships with the people who live in the forests where we work. We maintain collaborative relationships with aboriginal communities, and we encourage suppliers to do the same.
When Domtar’s Rothschild Mill was asked by the Wisconsin DNR to help relocate nesting ospreys, the mill donated and cleared land for a new elevated nesting platform. The project helps protect the state’s growing osprey population.
