Domtar Personal Care Division: Who We Are

Whether you realize it or not, you probably use a Domtar product at some point during your day. We make products that people around the world rely on every day, from copy paper and specialty papers to diapers.

The absorbent hygiene market is one of the fastest growing segments for pulp globally, thanks to longer life spans and an aging population. In 2011, in response to that growth, we founded Domtar’s Personal Care division with the purchase of Attends Healthcare in the United States. This was followed by the acquisition by a number of other companies in this market: Attends Europe, Engineered Absorbent Materials (EAM), Associated Hygienic Products (AHP), Indas and Home Delivery Incontinence Supply (HDIS).
